    Co-founder of BlackBuck. Was a colleague of Rajesh Yabaji at ITC Limited before the three founders started the company in 2015.

  1. 2025-02First quarterly profit — Reported a net profit of about Rs 280 crore in Q3 FY25, its first profitable quarter, aided substantially by a one-time deferred tax credit.
  2. 2024-11-22IPO and stock market listing — Parent Zinka Logistics Solutions listed on NSE and BSE after a Rs 1,114.72 crore IPO priced at Rs 273 per share; closed its debut session at Rs 260.20 with a market cap of about Rs 4,591.98 crore.
  3. 2021-07Became a unicorn — Raised $67M Series E led by Tribe Capital, IFC Emerging Asia Fund and VEF, crossing a $1 billion valuation to become the 15th Indian unicorn of 2021.
