- 2024FY24 revenue falls 75 percent, three co-founders exit — FY24 operating revenue fell about 75 percent to roughly 499 crore rupees while net loss narrowed to about 168 crore rupees. Three of four co-founders left and Kamaldeep Singh became CEO.
- 2023-09Winds down B2B wholesale business — DealShare wound down its B2B wholesale operations, which had generated about half its revenue, to refocus on its consumer business, and laid off more than 100 employees.
