Founders

  • Ashwin Damera

    Co-founder and CEO of Eruditus. A qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with an MBA from Harvard Business School. He began his career as a portfolio risk manager at Citibank and in 2005 co-founded the travel website Travelguru, which was acquired by Travelocity in 2009. He started Eruditus after that exit.

  • Chaitanya Kalipatnapu

    Co-founder of Eruditus. An INSEAD MBA alumnus who earlier earned an MSc in Information Systems from BITS Pilani. He worked as technical staff at Sun Microsystems and later led executive education programs at INSEAD before returning to India to start an EdTech venture with Ashwin Damera. INSEAD became Eruditus's first university partner.
